Shipping Policy

We work on a made-to-order basis and do not stock most of our products except for the wool items. Every Amber Linen piece is handmade in-house by our seamstresses and thus production time varies from 3 to 8 working days. Shipment time varies on where you are based. Anywhere in Europe is around one week, whilst overseas one to two weeks. You may also choose Courier Delivery (3 – 5 working days after fulfillment anywhere in the world).

Worldwide delivery

We deliver all around the world. Orders over 100 Eur (or the equivalent in local currency USD108 / CAD150 / AUD160 / GBP85) include free delivery. For orders under 100 Eur we charge 8 Eur delivery rate or you may choose alternative Courier delivery for 14 Eur.

International taxes for orders outside the EU and USA:

Customs and/or import duties are often applied once the delivery reaches its destination. Any of such fees must be paid by the addressee. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot foresee what the relating costs might be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If in doubt, please contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order. You can also email us and we will do our best to help.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@amberlinen.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@amberinen.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
