100% LINEN CARE:

– Wash at up to 30°C (86°F) on a gentle cycle with mild detergent; avoid fabric softener.
– Air dry, avoiding direct sunlight, or tumble dry on low heat and remove the item while it’s still slightly damp.
– Iron while it is still damp on medium heat with steam.
– Do not dry clean, as it weakens the fabric.
– Fold instead of hanging and store in a cool, dry place, allowing the fabric to breathe.

100% WOOL CARE:

– Hand wash in cold water with mild wool detergent; avoid scrubbing or soaking the fabric.
– Lay flat to dry on a clean towel, reshaping it to its original form. Avoid hanging.
– Use steam instead of ironing.
– Fold rather than hang, and store with natural moth repellents like lavender sachets.

• 100% Linen items are made to order in-house by our seamstresses and thus production time varies from 3 to 8 working days.
• 100% wool items we keep in stock, so processing time is 1-3 working days.

Shipment time varies on where you are base:

• Anywhere in Europe is around 5 working days, whilst overseas 5-10 working days.
• You may also choose FedEx Courier Delivery 3 – 5 working days after fulfilment anywhere in the world.

REFUND POLICY

• Items can be returned to our closest warehouse or exchanged up to 14 days after delivery.
• Please make sure the items are complete, in perfect condition: unworn, unused, unwashed.
