– Wash at up to 30°C (86°F) on a gentle cycle with mild detergent; avoid fabric softener.
– Air dry, avoiding direct sunlight, or tumble dry on low heat and remove the item while it’s still slightly damp.
– Iron while it is still damp on medium heat with steam.
– Do not dry clean, as it weakens the fabric.
– Fold instead of hanging and store in a cool, dry place, allowing the fabric to breathe.

100% Linen items are made to order in-house by our seamstresses and thus production time varies from 3 to 8 working days.
100% wool items we keep in stock, so processing time is 1-3 working days.

Shipment time varies on where you are base:

Anywhere in Europe is around 5 working days, whilst overseas 5-10 working days.
You may also choose FedEx Courier Delivery 3 – 5 working days after fulfilment anywhere in the world.

REFUND POLICY

Items can be returned to our closest warehouse or exchanged up to 14 days after delivery.
Please make sure the items are complete, in perfect condition: unworn, unused, unwashed.
