Amber Linen offers free worldwide courier shipping on all orders above 100 Eur (or the equivalent in local currency USD108 / CAD150 / AUD160 / GBP85). For more information, please read our Shipping Policy.

No additional fees or taxes are applied for orders within the EU and USA. For other countries, customs and/or import duties are often applied once the delivery reaches its destination, and any of such fees must be paid by the addressee. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot foresee what the relating costs might be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If in doubt, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order. You can also email us and we will do our best to help!

We accept all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express and others.)

Absolutely. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly take it back or exchange it for another item. We do not exchange or accept returns on final sale and last chance items, gift cards, face masks, fabric samples, Cut-to-length linen fabric, and custom orders. Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days of delivery. Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for items that are being returned or exchanged unless they are defective. Once the item is received by our team, we will send you a confirmation to the provided email address. We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Caring for linen is simple: you can both hand wash and machine wash linen items at low temperatures. Linen can be tumble dried on low heat. We don’t recommend using bleach or detergent with optical brighteners as they tend to weaken the fibers. For more details on linen care, read our Linen Care Guide.
