– Wash at up to 30°C (86°F) on a gentle cycle with mild detergent; avoid fabric softener.
– Air dry, avoiding direct sunlight, or tumble dry on low heat and remove the item while it’s still slightly damp.
– Iron while it is still damp on medium heat with steam.
– Do not dry clean, as it weakens the fabric.
– Fold instead of hanging and store in a cool, dry place, allowing the fabric to breathe.

100% WOOL CARE:

– Hand wash in cold water with mild wool detergent; avoid scrubbing or soaking the fabric.
– Lay flat to dry on a clean towel, reshaping it to its original form. Avoid hanging.
– Use steam instead of ironing.
– Fold rather than hang, and store with natural moth repellents like lavender sachets.

100% wool items we keep in stock, so processing time is 1-3 working days.

Shipment time varies on where you are base:
– Anywhere in Europe is around 5 working days, whilst overseas 5-10 working days.
– You may also choose FedEx Courier Delivery 3 – 5 working days after fulfilment anywhere in the world.

REFUND POLICY

Items can be returned to our closest warehouse or exchanged up to 14 days after delivery. Please make sure the items are complete, in perfect condition: unworn, unused, unwashed.
